- Good understanding of SAP transactional data concepts and the relationship between business processes, system statuses, lifecycle stages, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working with Power BI or similar tools to create dashboards, data quality reports, governance views, and lifecycle monitoring outputs.
- Ability to work with technical teams to translate business requirements into reporting logic, data models, field requirements, and validation rules.
- Experience monitoring data quality, reviewing exceptions, identifying root causes, and coordinating follow-up with business stakeholders.

Senior Data Governance Specialist Location: Manchester Hybrid Working Policy - 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Specialist to define, implement, and oversee governance for transactional data across the organisation, with a strong focus on data integrity, lifecycle management, business rule definition, and operational accountability. The role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance rules for transactional data objects, ensuring that data is created, used, monitored, closed, retained, and managed in line with agreed business processes, compliance expectations, and company-wide governance standards. The successful candidate will work closely with Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, and data teams to define ownership, validate lifecycle rules, support data quality improvements, and enable governance reporting through Power BI dashboards and data quality monitoring.
