- Drive the evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management of automation solutions, robotics, MHE/MHS systems, and future technologies.
- Ensure automation assets achieve targeted performance, reliability, and ROI outcomes.
- Executive Leadership & Capability Building
- Act as the strategic deputy to the Head of Supply Chain Strategy & Development.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across Network Design, HORIZON PMO, AMD, and Supply Chain Systems.
- Build organizational capability, succession pipelines, and high-performing teams capable of delivering long-term transformation objectives.
- Represent Supply Chain Excellence in LT, Steering Committee, and Board-level engagements as required.
