Requirements

- Valid Driver's License required .
- 3 + years of maintenance experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Availability for on-call support and work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge
- Associate s or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial technology, or related field
- Prior experience in airport baggage handling, airline ground operations, or facility maintenance in a 24/7 operational environment
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel , and email systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- While some administrative duties may be performed in an office setting, the role primarily involves on-site supervision in airport ramp areas, mechanical rooms, and baggage system enclosures. Work environments may include:
- Elevated platforms or confined spaces

- Areas near conveyor systems, motors, or electrical panels
- Pay Range:
- $73,200.00 - $117,800.00
