Digitalization Officer

About the role

Job Description: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities that align with company goals and strategic objectives. * Conduct research and evaluation of new digital technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to the agribusiness and consumer goods sectors. * Manage and oversee the implementation of digitalization projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and successful integration with existing systems. * Develop and maintain clear documentation for digital processes, systems, and best practices. * Provide training and support to employees on new digital tools and platforms to facilitate adoption and maximize utilization. * Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing digital solutions. * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices in all digitalization efforts. * Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and digital adoption within the organization. * Prepare regular reports on digitalization progress, challenges, and successes for management.
