Order Management Intern, Spanish or Italian Speaker

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain support in Order Management role
• Take care of orders' correctness based on new and archived data
• Monitor alerts
• Make simple system movements
• Ensure timely replies to e-mails
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders
• Support Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases

Requirements

• You are a student / You have a relevant university degree or basic experience in customer service or order processing
• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization
• You are willing to work with Sales Force and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfilment and Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Sales Force, GMES) would be an asset
• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
• You are fluent in English , with additional fluency in Spanish or Italian
