Our Customer Relationship Management team is looking for a CRM Manager (all genders) with a strong focus on app communication to take ownership of planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing customer journeys. Your Role Campaign Ownership: You execute ad-hoc and automated Push Notifications, In-App, and Inbox messages and manage the full process from planning, creation to send-out within SAP Emarsys to increase engagement, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value. Targeting & Segmentation: You create, manage, and optimize customer segments to ensure highly personalized and relevant communication. Performance Ownership: You are responsible for achieving monthly performance goals for the push notification channel by continuously monitoring and analyzing CRM KPIs, running A/B tests, and proactively implementing optimization measures based on performance developments and business needs. Project Ownership: You lead projects to improve app communication with our customers, including technical enhancements of the current setup and initiatives to further increase personalization levels across CRM mobile channels. Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with Commercial, International, and Tech teams in a collaborative and cross-functional environment. Your Profile Experience: 2+ years professional experience in the conception and operational management of CRM App campaigns via SAP Emarsys, Braze or comparable tools. Education: Successfully completed studies, ideally in business administration, marketing or a comparable apprenticeship. Languages: Excellent language skills in both English and German. Skills: Strong communication skills and outstanding organizational and coordination talent. Mindset: Analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers, and a performance-oriented approach combined with a holistic business understanding.
