Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we're looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters. 🎯 How you will make an impact: Design multi-agent coordination algorithms for collaborative UAV behavior Develop decision-making and task allocation systems Implement collision avoidance and mission planning logic Build behavior trees / state machines / planners for autonomous missions Integrate perception and sensor fusion outputs into actions Develop simulation environments for large-scale autonomous testing Improve automation workflows to reduce operator workload Collaborate closely with AI, perception, and hardware teams ✅ What you need to be successful: Strong software engineering skills (C++ required, Python highly useful) Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2 or similar) Background in robotics, computer science, or AI-driven systems Knowledge of planning and decision-making algorithms Experience with autonomous robots or UAV systems Comfortable performing hands-on testing and debugging in field environments, including challenging weather conditions and time-critical operational scenarios.
