About the role

As an Assistant Allocator for HOKA, you will take ownership of stock distribution across your store portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate allocations aligned to trading demand and distribution targets. You will analyse sales trends and stock performance, reacting quickly to ensure stores are optimised with the right product at the right time-supporting a fast-paced, high-growth brand environment. Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end allocation process for your store portfolio
  • Develop insights from sales and stock data to drive performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise trading outcomes
  • Ensure timely and accurate allocations aligned to demand
  • Care for store relationships by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Support planning and operations with reporting and analysis
  • Lead by taking accountability for stock ownership within your channel

Requirements

  • You are a highly organised and analytical individual with strong attention to detail
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
  • You understand retail operations and have an interest in stock management and the wider supply chain
  • We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Experience in retail or a strong understanding of store operations is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience with retail systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is a plus
