Role Overview: Project Director to lead and oversee high-value, iconic construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, deep industry experience, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams. Provide overall leadership and direction for large-scale, high-profile projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning to handover. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and profitability. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Develop and implement strategic project plans, risk management strategies, and contingency plans. Drive innovation and value engineering initiatives to maximize efficiency and quality. Represent the company in board-level discussions, client presentations, and industry forums as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Proven experience delivering iconic or complex developments (commercial, residential, mixed-use, or landmark projects).
• Solid commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; professional accreditation preferred.
