Job Role: The Senior IT Manager is responsible for leading the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems implementation, and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations. 4. Digital Solutions Lead system upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency. 5. IT Operations & Support Oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and user support requests. Establish and monitor IT service levels and performance metrics. 6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality and cost effectiveness. Collaborate with business units to understand and address technology needs. 7. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop IT personnel. Foster a high-performance and service-oriented IT culture. Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
