Head of Park Avenue Wealth Management Technology This senior leader will define and execute the end-to-end technology strategy for Park Avenue, Guardian's wealth management broker-dealer, and Guardian Wealth Partners, a new in-house advisory channel. The role will shape a modern, scalable wealth technology ecosystem that supports planning-led engagement, advisor productivity, digital onboarding, client servicing, and integrated reporting across the wealth management ecosystem. This is a transformational leadership role responsible for building the platform, operating model, and technology capabilities needed to deliver a digital-first advisor and client experience while supporting the growth of Park Avenue and Guardian Wealth Partners You Will Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Park Avenue and Guardian Wealth Partners across planning, advisory, onboarding, servicing, advisor workflow, and reporting capabilities. Own the architecture and evolution of a modern, cloud-based wealth technology platform that integrates planning, portfolio management, digital onboarding, data, AI, APIs, and enterprise reporting. Lead roadmap governance, investment prioritization, and portfolio trade-off decisions to align technology delivery with business growth, advisor productivity, client experience, and regulatory priorities. Deliver core capabilities required for a scalable wealth management and in-house RIA platform, including holistic financial planning, digital onboarding, asset aggregation, portfolio tools, reporting, and servicing. Ensure the platform is designed and operated with strong regulatory, cybersecurity, data privacy, supervisory, resiliency, and control frameworks appropriate for wealth management, RIA, and broker-dealer environments. Enable an agile business-technology operating model that improves prioritization, accelerates delivery, strengthens accountability, and enables measurable business outcomes. Lead end-to-end technology delivery across architecture, engineering, data, integration, vendor management, implementation, and production readiness. Build, develop, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across internal technology groups, business partners, and strategic vendors. Partner with senior business, product, risk, compliance, operations, and technology leaders to translate strategy into outcomes that improve advisor productivity, client acquisition, engagement, retention, and service quality. You Have 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior accountability for large-scale digital, wealth management, or financial services platforms. Proven experience defining and executing enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and operating models across complex, regulated environments. Demonstrated success leading large-scale platform modernization or transformation programs spanning architecture, engineering, data, vendor ecosystems, and business adoption. Deep understanding of wealth management, advisory, broker-dealer, or RIA technology ecosystems, including planning, portfolio management, onboarding, servicing, reporting, supervision, and controls. Executive presence with the ability to influence senior business, product, risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders. Track record building and leading high-performing teams across internal engineering organizations, external partners, and strategic vendors. Strong commercial and delivery discipline, with experience managing complex portfolios, budgets, vendor relationships, and measurable business outcomes. Technical fluency in modern digital architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, integration patterns, data/AI enablement, cybersecurity, resiliency, and scalable platform design. Salary Range: $178,690.00 - $293,560.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
