Assembly Technician II

About the role

As an Assembly Technician II, you will build, install, test, and maintain Dexterity's robotic equipment. You will play a hands-on role in assembling complex electromechanical systems and supporting repairs, upgrades, and deployments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with hardware, values precision, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements

• Strong mechanical assembly experience required
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to take direction and adapt quickly to changes
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to travel for short-term deployments
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
