Responsibilities
- Standards and Governance:
- Define and maintain programme-wide standards, templates, procedures and best practices for BMS and EPMS systems
- Ensure alignment with local regulations, hyperscaler requirements, and Goodman protocols.

- Review consultant deliverables for safety, scope compliance, spatial coordination, constructability, and maintainability.
- Verify capacity equipment specifications and diagrams for BMS and EPMS systems.
- Conduct technical bid review for General Contractor and main equipment vendors.
- Provide answers to consultant, designer and general contractor RFI's.
- Provide technical support for information requests during the procurement of contractors/sub-contractors/manufacturers, as well as the design execution during the construction
- Commissioning support:
- Support commissioning teams in validating controls functionality and system performance.
- Review test scripts and acceptance criteria for integrated systems.
- Review commissioning results for integrated systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Innovation:
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align controls strategies with operational goals.
- Engage in technical workshops with clients to align and explain controls and monitoring strategies.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies in building automation and data centre monitoring.
- Promote standardisation and continuous improvement of controls and monitoring practices across projects.
- Educate internal stakeholders on the controls and monitoring standards being implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years' experience in controls and monitoring systems for mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency in BMS, EPMS, SCADA platforms and integration protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, SNMP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
