About the role

Step into a varied role as a Machinery Operator at Weka Machinery, where your hands-on skills will help drive the success of our farm operations . You'll operate and maintain a range of tractors and implements including fert spreader, feed out wagon, mower, and cultivation gear to name a few. Our purpose is to lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions for future generations. ABOUT WEKA MACHINERY Weka Machinery supports the Weka Complex, a group of seven West Coast farms working together as a connected operation. Our machinery team plays a vital role across the whole complex, delivering cultivation and ground preparation, feeding, topping, fertiliser application, and general farm support when it's needed most. This is a role where your work has real scale and real impact - but still feels personal. You'll be part of a close-knit team that looks out for each other, takes safety seriously, and values respect, clear communication, and balance.
