We are hiring a Client Service Specialist to join our GroupQuest team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting brokers and clients by managing group benefits administration, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering high-quality client support within the group insurance space. The Client Service Specialist will: Maintain regular communication with brokers to ensure their group needs are met, plus build relationships. Pricing, preparing and executing plan changes. Pull and prepare experience reports, including more detailed reports for larger groups. Handle and resole escalated claims, admin, and billing issues. Assist with commission and contracting issues. Manage the submission and tracking of all MGA appointment letters. Manage and process the submission on Agent of Record letters. Manage the submission of termination letters. Manage overdue account notifications and pending terminations due to minimum participation requirements. To be a successful Client Service Specialist you will need: Completion of a post-secondary education. 1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles preferably in Group Benefits. Excellent command of the English language, including strong written and verbal communication. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Group Insurance principles and assessment techniques. High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment All-star candidates will have: GBA designation under CEBS program Fluency in both official languages English & French is considered an asset.
