Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and coordination of EHS programs and initiatives in alignment with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Foundational knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review risk assessments and identify potential gaps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, clear, and concise style
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to develop in an EHS-focused role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Requirements

  • Internship or early experience in EHS, safety coordination, or compliance-related roles
  • Exposure to corporate environments, real estate, facilities, or construction-related projects
  • Familiarity with EHS reporting systems or data tracking tools
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Someone who is comfortable operating in a support role , helping bridge gaps between leadership and execution teams
  • A team player who is agile, coachable, and eager to grow within EHS

  • The base pay range for this position is:
  • $73,030 - $100,419
  • Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
