Responsibilities

  • Process, enter, and update reservation details accurately in the hotel reservation system.
  • Handle booking amendments, cancellations, room requests, and guest profile updates in a timely manner.
  • Process reservations received through various channels, including direct bookings, email enquiries, online travel agents (OTAs), travel agents, corporate accounts, and internal referrals.

  • Support the Reservations team in monitoring reservation trends and identifying opportunities to maximise room revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, reservation procedures, data protection requirements, and service standards.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reservation processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team-player mentality.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or currently pursuing studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • No prior hotel experience is required. Training will be provided.
  • Students, fresh graduates, and individuals seeking part-time administrative or hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, administration, hospitality, or data entry will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, Property Management Systems (PMS), Opera Cloud, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
