Requirements

- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in project management, program management, business operations, finance, IT solutions, or training. Preferably within the public safety, telecommunications, critical communications, or IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- Direct experience with enterprise software deployment workflows.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile), and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, or similar project management software.
- PMP certification is highly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances if required by specific projects.
