Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• a) Identify and develop new business opportunities in the asphalt premix market, targeting contractors, developers, and municipal projects
• b) Conduct detailed site visits and surveys to assess project scope for cost estimation
• c) Preparing competitive quotation based on the site survey.
• d) Following up served quotation closely to secure sales.
• e) Liaise with operations teams for site follow up and coordination with customer requirements.
• f) Oversee and assist in technical documentation, including site plans, specifications, and project reports
• g) Handle client inquiries, providing both technical advice and commercial solutions
• h) Visit clients regularly to secure recurring business and build brand loyalty.
• i) Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
• j) Support monthly sales forecasting and reporting
• k) Monitoring of payment and collection after sales.
• l) Tender tracking and monitoring

• REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Diploma preferable in Civil Engineeringor related discipline
• With 3 years of experience in a sales ortechnical sales role (preferably in asphalt, roadworks, or construction)
• Basic technical knowledge of asphalt premix,roadwork specifications, and project execution
• Proficient in creating engineeringdocumentation, project reports, and sales presentations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizationalskills for managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills, resourceful and ability to work independently
• Preferably with Class 3 licence and own vehicle
