Stay current on SSG and MOE funding policies to provide accurate, confident guidance. Business Development Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with healthcare institutions, community care organisations, and professional associations. Collaborate with the marketing team on digital outreach strategies and lead generation campaigns. Who We Are Looking For Essential Driven, target-oriented, and proactive - you take ownership of your pipeline and hold yourself accountable to results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; equally comfortable engaging everyday career-switchers and corporate healthcare leaders. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Preferred Prior experience in course sales, student recruitment, insurance or financial planning, B2B account management, or corporate sales. Familiarity with SSG funding schemes, Absentee Payroll, and SFEC grants. Interest in or exposure to the healthcare or education sectors. Working Arrangement Location: Singapore (with occasional client visits across the island) Employment Type : Full-Time Student Enrolment (B2C) Engage individual prospects - career switchers, working adults, and fresh graduates - and guide them from initial inquiry through to enrolment and contract signing. Advise students on programme options (diplomas, advanced diplomas, degrees) suited to their career goals and eligibility.
