Role and Responsibilities The Director, Display Sales will lead and execute sales strategies for the Display organization, focusing on driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with regional business objectives. The individual will analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies and optimize product offerings. Roles & Responsibility: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the Display organization. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including channel accounts and industry partners. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies and optimize product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, SCM, and Finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
