Essential Job Responsibilities: Analyzes and interprets terms and conditions of oil and gas rentals relating to company's assets. Documents, monitors, and maintains necessary rental information and associated date sensitive obligations. Identifies and reports actual rental holdings of company. Reviews, monitors, and prepares Rental Recommendations for payment, taking appropriate action to maintain asset base. Manages wire transfers and check runs with accuracy and strict adherence to payment terms. Communicates with state and federal agencies regarding company assets. Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation. Supports company vision and mission. Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings. Other Job Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned by management.
