Fleet Traineeship - Central Fleet Track

Responsibilities

• You will, together with your colleagues, supervise and manage project work, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery and you will be dealing with a range of vessels and other equipment from our huge fleet.
• Where you will work
• In the Global Fleet Track, you work on the central technical management of our global fleet. This ranges from improving vessel performance to major vessel conversions or even new build projects.
• You will be involved in:
• Fleet-wide maintenance programs and project planning.
• Standardizing technical processes.
• Developing specialized technical knowledge (e.g. engines, systems, classification).
• Supporting local project teams worldwide.
• Your qualities
• Within Boskalis, we are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who are eager to work in a technical environment.
• This track is a great fit for you if you are analytically strong, hold a BSc or MSc degree in Naval Architecture or Electrical & Instrumentation and enjoy working systematically while building broad technical expertise.
• Fully completed a secondary vocational level, BSc or MSc.
• Maximum 2 years of work experience.
• Entitled to work and already living in the Netherlands
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work abroad.
