About the role

Imperial College London is seeking an organised and proactive Taught Programmes Officer to support the delivery of our Joint Mathematics and Computer Science (JMC), MRes and MSc programmes within the Department of Computing. Working within the Teaching Support Office, you will play a key role in supporting students and applicants throughout their academic journey. Your responsibilities will include coordinating admissions processes, managing programme administration, supporting examinations, organising events and serving as a key point of contact for students, academic staff and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with: Degree-level education or equivalent experience Experience in a busy administrative environment Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office A professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience within higher education, student administration or admissions would be advantageous.
