Job Description Key Resposibilities: Senior support role with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad areas related to Finance/Revenue Recognition and Operations. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or extensive past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to overall business goals Provide overall leadership on operational support structure, tools and processes enabling clinical applications services to Imaging Ultrasound, and PCS customers in the United States Drive improvements in customer experience through efficient and effective operations and customer communications processes. Provide leadership, guidance, and creative solutioning for optimized organizational metrics for field-based clinical applications. Provide leadership on catalog pricing, volume, profitability, and targeted customer opportunities Drive continuous improvement of scheduling systems and operational support for backlog tracking, headcount planning, and optimized utilization of training resources to achieve all clinical education commitments. Drive and develop operational and financial growth initiatives and targets, cost control measures and process improvements by working with field leadership and finance teams. Work with regional leads and global education teams on shared support models for education and training, integrating best practices for operations Promote Lean methodology and execution with conviction and urgency in all operational touches of the clinical applications organization Drive a culture of belonging, inclusiveness, and people development, directly and indirectly throughout the clinical applications organization Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy Lead and assist in daily operations Collaborates with others to solve issues Special Projects as needed. Provide Quality and EHS leadership for the clinical applications organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of Operations/Finance/Customer Service experience Strong, demonstrated knowledge of current computer/office communications technologies; expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $92,000.00-$138,000.00 Annual.
