Service Technician / Engineer (Dental Equipment) - Up to $3200

Responsibilities

• Support installation, servicing, troubleshooting and technical support for dental equipment and related products.
• Coordinate with local and overseas dealers and customers on installation, service requirements and product-related enquiries.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for equipment, IT-related installation and service issues.
• Assist in handling product complaints, feedback and service follow-ups.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate parts availability for service support.
• Provide technical training and product guidance to dealers and customers when required.
• Perform other service-related duties assigned.

Requirements

• ITE, NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Good IT and computer knowledge.
• Relevant experience in equipment servicing, technical support or field service will be an advantage.
• Candidates without direct experience may be considered if they have suitable technical training and are open to hands-on technical development.
• Good communication skills to explain technical matters clearly to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage when required to travel to customer or dealer sites.
