Trainee - T Cloud Public (REF5517N)

Responsibilities

• You will also support cooperation with international, including German business stakeholders, help with travel and accommodation arrangements, contribute to onboarding preparation for new joiners, and assist with asset management related coordination.
• In short: you will help make complex organizational work a little less chaotic.
• What you will learn
• You will get practical insight into how a large international IT organization operates, how leadership routines and decision-making work, and how agile planning events such as PI Planning are prepared and coordinated.
• You will learn how to work with senior stakeholders, organize meetings and events, follow up on actions, support onboarding and communicate clearly in a multicultural corporate environment.
• This experience can be useful later in project management, business operations, HR, agile roles, leadership support or organizational coordination.

Requirements

• We are looking for an organized, reliable and proactive student who enjoys working with people and supporting coordination-heavy tasks in an international environment.
• You are a good fit if you have:
• Active full-time student status
• Professional English knowledge at around B2 level
• German language knowledge is an advantage, but not required
• Commitment of at least 120 working hours per month
• You should also bring:
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Precise and reliable task handling
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Confidence with meeting minutes and follow-up tracking
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently after proper onboarding
• Relevant fields of study may include: Business Administration, Management and Leadership, International Business, Communication and Media Studies, Human Resources, Economics, Public Administration, IT Management or Business Informatics.
• You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.
