About the role
We are a reputable and award-wining law firm located in the CBD area seeking qualified individuals to join our Corporate Secretarial Team as a Corporate Secretarial Executive . JOB DESCRIPTION As a member of the team, you will be assisting and providing administrative support to our lawyers in areas which will include client management, incorporation of companies, preparation of resolutions, attending meetings, ACRA filings and all other work relating to provision of Corporate Secretarial services for both private and SGX listed companies. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Diploma in legal studies/Law/Business Administration; - 2 years' relevant experience preferred. Training will be provided for selected candidate with no relevant experience but who possess outstanding credentials; - Proficiency in MS Office is essential; - Friendly disposition; and - Independent and a team-player.
