Responsibilities

• Supports leadership tasks, e.g. performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing...
• Ensures quality of the manufactured components
• Processes of production orders on-time
• Ensures continuous improvement of workplace and processes
• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, e.g. machinery, assembly, processing and/or packaging operations
• Ensures HSE compliance on-site

Requirements

• Typically academic degree or equivalent work experience
• Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
