TCM Wellness Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, walk-in customers and appointment bookings
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness therapy packages
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-store communication
• Achieve monthly personal and outlet sales targets
• Support daily front desk operations, including payment collection and customer registration
• Maintain customer records, package details and daily sales reports
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service arrangements
• Handle customer feedback professionally and follow up when necessary
• Support the team in improving customer experience, service quality and sales performance
• Assist in basic administrative work and daily outlet operations

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, wellness, beauty, retail or service industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
• Responsible, proactive and target-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage customer records
• Good team player with a positive working attitude
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays when required
• Ability to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers will be an advantage due to customer service needs

Additional Information

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor to join our wellness and TCM body therapy business. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, front desk sales, appointment follow-up, package sales, customer relationship management and daily outlet sales performance.
