Establish foundational relationships with internal teams and client agency stakeholders. Begin managing a portfolio of client accounts with proactive communication. In six months: Demonstrate consistent success in account management, strategic planning, and delivering measurable client outcomes. Proactively identify client needs, contributing to account stability and growth. Actively participate in initial new business discussions and proposal development. In 12 months: Develop and present long-term strategic roadmaps for client accounts, identifying growth opportunities and leveraging advanced programmatic solutions. Performance Management: Oversee campaign lifecycle, collaborating with trading, analytics, and ad operations for optimal setup, continuous optimization, and insightful reporting. Data-Driven Insights: Provide in-depth performance analysis, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to clients, articulating campaign value. Account Growth: Drive organic growth within existing client accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell of WPP Media Solutions' services.
