Manager, Human Resources, LATAM

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership: Be the go-to for managers and employees across LATAM. Partner with leadership on people strategy, org design, and performance.
• Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruiting and make sure every new hire feels genuinely welcomed - not just onboarded.
• Employee Relations: Navigate complex situations with empathy and fairness. Champion engagement initiatives that actually land.
• Compliance & Labor Law: Keep us sharp across all LATAM markets: employment contracts, local legal counsel, payroll partners - you've got it covered.
• Comp & Benefits: Benchmark, adapt, and make sure our programs are competitive everywhere from Buenos Aires to Bogotá.
• HR Operations: Keep the HRIS humming, pull regional dashboards, and find ways to make every process a little smoother.

Requirements

• You have a college degree and 7+ years HR generalist or HRBP experience, with 2+ years managing all HR areas
• Strong labor law knowledge across very different regulatory environments is a real must, not just a nice-to-have
• HRIS expertise - Workday experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese a definite plus
