Regional Finance Lead

About the role

- Manage full-spectrum finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. - Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, variance analysis, expense analysis, and management reporting. - Perform bank reconciliations and foreign exchange (FX) revaluation across SGD, USD, and HKD accounts. - Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and related accounting entries. - Oversee payroll accounting, payroll reconciliations, and payroll accruals. - Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking. - Ensure audit readiness and coordinate annual audits, statutory reporting, annual returns, and regulatory filings. - Coordinate tax compliance activities and statutory filings with external tax agents, auditors, and corporate secretaries. - Support group reporting, consolidation activities, and alignment of accounting policies across entities. - Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital planning, and treasury-related activities. - Develop, implement, and maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks. - Partner with business functions to provide financial support, operational insights, business analysis, and commercial recommendations. - Maintain accounting records in ERP systems and support finance system implementation and enhancement projects. - Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
