About the role
As a Customer Engagement Intern, you'll be part of the Customer team. This team focuses on using customer data to drive targeted engagement and build long-term loyalty. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with customer behavioural data, campaign analysis, and audience targeting, while supporting teams across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in analysing customer behavioural data to identify insights and trends.
- Assist with developing and optimising propensity and likelihood models.
- Help define and build customer audiences for targeted campaigns and engagement channels.
- Assist with data manipulation, reporting, and analysis using tools such as Excel and SQL.
