Responsibilities

• Provide AV and multimedia setup and technical support
• Manage live streaming, video conferencing, photography, videography, and video editing.
• Support ICT-integrated lessons and assist with multimedia content creation.
• Advise on the procurement of AV equipment and software.
• Conduct staff training on AV and multimedia tools.
• Oversee maintenance , servicing, and repairs of AV equipment.
• Maintain records of equipment usage, servicing, loans, and asset checks.
• Collaborate with HOD (ICT) and ICT Associate on procurement and budgeting.
• Lead project management for school AV works, including vendor coordination.
• Support ad-hoc tasks like website updates, digital graphics, and PA system troubleshooting.
• Qualification, Skill & Experience
• Minimum of a Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Additional Information

Working Hours Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm Fridays: 7.30am to 4:30pm
