Job Description: The region president will create a clear and unified vision of what business and clinical synergies may be leveraged throughout the region by forging collaborative, strategic and successful partnerships across Intermountain Health. They will work collaboratively with system leaders to advocate for the region's needs, memorializing plans through strategic documents and budgets. The region president will lead the development of a proactive care integrated delivery network to improve the health of the region's population and serve as an external representative. They will foster a culture committed to community health, develop a high-performing leadership team, and improve patient safety and clinical outcomes. Additionally, they will serve as a board liaison, supporting various boards in the region. Key relationships include executives from enterprise shared services, clinical shared services, Select Health, community leaders, and external health plan executives. The individual in this position must reside in the Peaks Region and live within 45 minutes of an Intermountain Hospital in the Peaks Region. Essential Functions Responsible for business development, operations, and community relationships within the region. Serve as a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team and System Operations Council.
