Work Theme: Quality with time span up to 3 months Accountabilities: Regulatory Compliance : Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within EA processes. Examination Administration : Plan and execute activities necessary to support the smooth administration of SIM Global Education (GE) examinations. Audits : Ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on EA department. Records Keeping : Maintain examination records in accordance to established EA processes. EA Policies and Procedures : Provide and compile inputs to the review of EA policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements. Continuous Improvement and Innovation : Recommend and implement improvements to EA processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency. Budgeting : Monitor and manage the annual budget of EA department for budget items assigned by Managerial Leadership. Mentorship : Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
