Responsibilities

  • Partner with Slot Operations and Slot Tech leaders to align inventory strategies with operational and preventative maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement and support inventory management systems
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams to improve inventory visibility, purchasing practices, and parts governance
  • Support property leadership teams during system rollout, onboarding, and operational adoption activities
  • Ideal Qualifications:
  • Strong project management and execution skills with experience implementing operational and technology initiatives (3-5+ YOE preferred)
  • Understanding of inventory management, preventative maintenance, and supply chain processes
  • Experience in casino, hospitality, manufacturing, or large-scale service operations preferred (2+ YOE preferred)

This role ensures slot parts inventory systems, processes, and replenishment strategies are deployed effectively to minimize Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) downtime, improve inventory visibility, and optimize parts spend. Reports to: VP, Gaming Operations On-site position: Support Services (SHRSS) in Davie, FL, with occasional travel to properties as needed to support regional leaders
