Responsibilities
- This role's primary duties include the following:
- Learning Design/Development:
- Conduct appropriate analyses to identify skill and knowledge gaps to improve performance on the job
- Oversee orientation and onboarding logistics and assist in facilitation of new hire onboarding
- Design, develop and manage annual compliance training processes in partnership with Legal & Compliance teams
- Collaborate with the Clinical Educator and other SMEs to design engaging and meaningful learning experiences for a variety of roles and clinical programs
- Serve as a thought partner to leaders and SMEs to influence learning design, rollout, and reinforcement strategies
- Design learning experiences for leadership development, role-based training, new team member onboarding, AI utilization, and other programs/initiatives, as needed
- Design and develop elearning courses, microlearning, and assessments
- Design and develop performance support materials (e.g. job aids, reference guides, toolkits)
- Leverage LinkedIn Learning to support ongoing education and training initiatives
- Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes
- Ensure learning content meets organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- Partner with SMEs to regularly review and refresh content as roles, tools, or regulations evolve
- Support continuous improvement of all learning and development programs and initiatives
- Learning Systems Administration:
- Manage our current LMS (WorkRamp) end-to-end, including integration with our HRIS (Rippling), user permissions, assignments, and system settings
- Upload, test, and manage the lifecycle of training content
- Serve as the primary escalation point for LMS-related issues and system questions
- Ensure completion records are accurate for regulatory, safety, and accreditation requirements
- Utilize LMS tools and Microsoft Excel to generate, analyze, and interpret learning system data into meaningful dashboards and reports
- Manage LinkedIn Learning administration, including assignments, data analysis, and reporting
- Document LMS processes, workflows, and user guidance to support sustainability and knowledge transfer
- Monitor trends in participation, completion, assessment results, and learner engagement to inform improvements
- Manage LMS vendor relationship, including support tickets, enhancements, and roadmap discussions
- Other duties consistent with this role, as assigned
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design in a business setting
- Minimum 1-year of experience with direct responsibility for LMS administration
- Intermediate skills with Articulate 360, specifically Storyline and Rise
- Intermediate skills with Snagit and Camtasia Studio
- Strong visual design skills
