Responsibilities
- Build and lead a new Global Treasury Services (GTS) team within the Group Treasury function, establishing a scalable and robust global operations backbone.
- Act as an additional global payment approver in accordance with established payment control processes.
- Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure operational continuity and resilience, providing coverage during holiday periods, staff turnover, or emergency situations.
- Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of banking documentation, support periodic bank reviews, and manage the annual bank audit confirmation process.
- Oversee Group Treasury documentation globally, ensuring standardization, completeness, and audit readiness across regions.
- Own global e-banking administration, ensuring timely updates and regular review in line with established bank account management policies.
- What We Look For In You
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in treasury and/or finance, with strong focus on treasury operations, controls, and global cash management within a multinational environment.
- Proven experience in building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions, with strong understanding of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation processes.
- Solid knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and experience in process standardization and operational risk management.
- Technology-savvy, with hands-on experience using treasury management systems (TMS) and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and control.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capability, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-region environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications are advantageous.
