Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related degree with at least 3 years' experience OR Master's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related degree with at least 2 years' experience

- Ability to ensure application and compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures while performing engineering activities.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills . Ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with site management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be a productive member of a team

They will also s upport the Maintenance Execution organization and the Asset Owner with t echnical k nowledge.Major ResponsibilitiesMonitors daily maintenance activities; ensures compliance with safety and engineering standardsResponsible for timely job completion as agreed on in RBWS; monitors area backlog, notifications, and work orders in SAPPerform as Subject Matter Expert for equipment and repair methods . Support the planning, maintenance execution organization, and asset owners in this capacityEvaluate equipment failures, and provide information to Asset Engineers for defect elimination activities . Take corrective actions when failures are deemed to be caused by maintenance processes.Responsible for monthly reporting of major jobs and repairs, costs, achievements, and safety incidentsClosely collaborate with Asset Engineers to jointly improve the asset performance by becoming a "Learning Organization"Closely collaborate with Asset Engineers in Asset Strategy optimizationMakes decisions with designated assignments .
