We Take Care of Our Team This position offers: Starting pay of $18.40/hr. up to top pay of $25.97/hr.* Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential *additional shift differential for off-shifts Benefits include: 401k includes up to 8% match and non-elective contribution, full coverage benefit plan options, starting at 4 weeks paid vacation, 8-10 calendar holidays, paid sick/disability leave (including sick days), 8 weeks paid paternal leave, employee assistance program; comprehensive health and wellness programs, and tuition assistance General Purpose of the Position: Clean core component parts with accuracy and prepare them for inspection using established work instructions Job Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in job rotations within the cleaning area, including glass‑beading operations Work safely around chemical cleaning processes Maintain a strong focus on product quality, ensuring all cleaning media are fully removed Understand and comply with ISO9001 requirements Complete all required daily paperwork and maintain accurate updates on production boards Conduct 5S audits and complete assigned daily checklists Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements Use daily discomfort logs and report any sickness, injury, or safety concern immediately-regardless of severity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through consistent housekeeping practices Demonstrate flexibility by moving to various work areas based on production demands Be available to work overtime, including weekends, as required by the production schedule Participate in team huddles, group projects, and one‑on‑one communications to support team alignment Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment Minimum Requirements: Education: High school diploma/GED Years of Experience: 0 Other Qualifications: Ability to collaborate as a team member and work independently Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. High level of attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Physical Requirements Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper assistance. Use hands continuously throughout the shift, including gripping, manipulating, and positioning tools or materials. Stand/walk for prolonged periods (majority of the shift) Perform frequent bending, twisting, and torso rotation throughout the shift, including reaching to lower levels, turning at the waist, and maintaining bent‑over positions as required by task demands. Perform frequent hand and arm movements, including: Full‑fist gripping of tools Pressing or pushing with thumbs and fingers Twisting the lower arm Turning or bending the wrist up, down, left, or right Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Tooele, UT US.
