About the role
Manage all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out, are carried out in accordance with the project timelines and specs. Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs. Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality. Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings. The Requirements Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board. Minimum 3 years' of relevant site experience work for mega projects is preferred. Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams.
