Sales Account Manager, Nobel Biocare The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships across Singapore. This role focuses on acquiring new accounts, converting competitive business, and increasing market penetration across Envista's product portfolio. Working closely with distributors, channel partners, and cross-functional teams, the role plays a critical part in developing and executing commercial strategies, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting competitor accounts and untapped opportunities
- Grow sales revenue within the assigned territory and achieve defined targets and budgets
- Develop and execute strategies to expand portfolio penetration across key customer segments
- Manage and negotiate new and existing customer agreements, including renewals and implementation
- Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to identify opportunities, align strategies, and execute joint sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer accounts
- Conduct customer business reviews and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., Clinical, Commercial Excellence, Operations) to deliver integrated solutions
- Support channel partners with product, clinical, and technical expertise to drive conversions and close business opportunities
- Provide ongoing support to channel partners and customers, including troubleshooting, training, and resolving technical or ordering issues
- Participate in trade shows and sales events to generate leads and expand market presence
- Job Requirements:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience, ideally in dental implants, dentistry, medical devices or a related industry
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to translate insights into commercial strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complexity, make sound decisions, and drive outcomes
- Highly self-motivated with strong planning and organizational capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
