About the role

As a Senior Creative , you'll act as a dual threat-a sharp conceptual thinker and an exceptional, hands-on UI designer who bridges the gap between big ideas and flawless digital execution. In this role, you will be a driving force within our Transformation Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing on Platforms & Brand Experience. You will comfortably flex between crafting immersive, idea-led campaign sites where emotion rules, and building large-scale brand platforms, .coms, and ecosystems where user flows and conversion take center stage. You are someone who loves the thrill of the pitch, can jump straight into Figma to bring an idea to life, and is eager to work on digital experiences for some of the world's most recognizable global brands. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Responsibilities

  • Concept original ideas that start with a strong, own-able thought and pressure-test them seamlessly across every screen, scroll, and user interaction.
  • Design beautiful, considered, and systemic UI components and screens within Figma, setting a high visual and craft bar for the broader design team.
  • Translate brand strategies into highly functional user journeys, meticulously thinking through flows, states, motion, and edge cases.
  • Integrate AI tools fluently into your daily creative process-from ideation and copywriting to image generation and rapid prototyping-to push the boundaries of craft.
  • Prototype ideas rapidly using Figma, light code, or AI workflows to get tangible concepts in front of clients and pitch teams quickly.
  • Build highly polished presentation decks that pair a compelling visual narrative with sharp design rationale and killer copy.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across art direction, copy, UX, motion, and engineering to ensure the central creative idea stays intact from kickoff to launch.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and constructive feedback to mid-level and junior designers, helping elevate their craft and execution.
  • Present concepts and design work to internal leadership and clients with confidence, articulating not just what the idea is, but why it works.
  • About You
  • The essentials:
  • Experience: Around 5+ years of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or creative roles within a fast-paced agency, studio, or in-house team, with a portfolio showing a strong mix of campaign work and digital platforms.
  • UI Mastery: Exceptional digital design fundamentals (typography, grid, layout, color theory, and responsive design) with expert-level fluency in Figma and modern component design thinking.
  • Conceptual Range: The unique ability to think both emotionally for brand campaigns and logically for complex digital systems, marketing sites, and content ecosystems.
  • AI Fluency: Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools across image, video, copy, or prototyping, paired with strong judgment on when it elevates the work and when it doesn't.
  • Communication & Pitching: Sharp written and verbal communication skills; comfortable building narratives, writing design rationales, and standing up to present ideas.
  • Collaboration & Autonomy: A self-starter who can take a brief and run with it, while remaining an ego-free collaborator who lifts up the team around them.
  • Adaptability: The confidence to handle curveballs, iterate quickly based on client feedback, and the maturity to "kill your darlings" when a project demands it.
  • Not a must, but a plus:
  • Code literacy (HTML/CSS, or strong experience handling designs over to engineering teams).
  • Motion design skills (After Effects, Principle) or exposure to 3D/WebGL.
  • Experience creating work where AI is integrated as a user-facing product feature.
