Property Executive (IFS)

About the role

-Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Companys ISO & OSHAS policies -Conduct monthly safety committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues -Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier accordingly -Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations -Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance -Responsible in accident reporting and investigations -Managing the operations and maintenance activities at client premises, including the Office Resources, Asset & Records Management -Leading technical teams in the trouble shooting and work proposal for corrective maintenance works -Ensure proper execution of maintenance activities by the contractors -Monitor and renewal of maintenance services contract -Provide necessary monthly/quarterly reports - Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management. Diploma in Building/ Facilities Management/ Building Services/ Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning with Min 10 years of relevant working experience. First Aid and Cert Trained.
