Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Master's Degree preferred, however, not required
- Minimum 15 years' experience in the structural design and management of bridges and infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated skill at project management/business development.
- Ability to lead engineering on bridge and infrastructure projects and are able to play a key role in project delivery from inception to construction, with proven ability to work with clients.
- Ability to use structural analysis and design software, such as Midas, LARS, MDX, V-Bent, CSi Bridge, Leap Bridge, STAAD, AASHTOWARE, PennDOT Programs
- Proficiency in the use of OpenBridge and MicroStation (preferred) and/or AutoCAD
- Detailed understanding of structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, pre-stressed concrete, and timber structures, related to transportation.
- PA PE License required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Mathcad
- Flexible and adapts well to work sharing opportunities on projects throughout PA and other states
- Current driver's license and safe driving record

- $132,708.77 - $151,667.16
