The Workplace Manager - UK is responsible for leading workplace operations, flagship office delivery, employee experience and day-to-day service excellence across Nebius' London office and other UK locations. We are building and opening our flagship London office, and this role will be a key driver of that project: a unique opportunity to shape a strategically important space and create a workplace that colleagues and visitors genuinely enjoy being part of. Your responsibilities will include: London Flagship Projects & Workplace Development Own local workplace projects including office openings, fit-outs, moves, expansions and improvements, ensuring delivery is aligned with Nebius' global workplace strategy and standards. Lead and coordinate the local project ecosystem, including project managers, brokers, lawyers, architects, landlords, vendors and Nebius stakeholders. Contribute to workplace development initiatives including space planning, office activation, future workplace concepts and continuous improvement of the employee and visitor experience. Bring an experience-first perspective to how spaces are designed, operated and activated, ensuring they are functional, welcoming and scalable as the business grows. Workplace Operations & Facilities Management Oversee the full workplace service ecosystem, including facilities, maintenance, cleaning, reception, catering, logistics , access control, furniture, equipment and vendor coordination. Ensure reliable Hard FM operations, including technical infrastructure, maintenance and building systems, as the operational backbone that enables a consistently high-quality workplace experience. Oversee Soft FM services with a hospitality lens, ensuring reception, catering, cleaning, logistics and day-to-day office services are delivered with consistency, care and genuine pride in service. Coordinate office infrastructure needs with IT, Security, Finance, Procurement and other cross-functional partners. Support office expansions, space optimisation and workplace improvements across London and other UK locations. Safety, Security & Compliance Ensure a safe, compliant and secure workplace through effective physical security, access control, incident management and operational readiness. Maintain a welcoming environment while ensuring colleagues, visitors and assets are protected. Partner closely with Security, IT, landlords and service providers to manage risks, resolve issues and maintain business continuity. Service Experience, Events & Employee Experience Set the standard for a high-quality colleague and visitor experience across the London office, ensuring the workplace feels safe, functional, engaging and easy to use. Bring a hospitality mindset to every part of the workplace operation, ensuring colleagues and visitors feel welcomed, supported and in good hands . Oversee the planning and execution of internal office events in London, partnering with stakeholders to create experiences that support culture, collaboration and engagement. Identify and implement improvements to workplace engagement, service quality and employee satisfaction. Leadership & Service Culture Build, lead, coach and develop the workplace service model and team as the London office scales, across facilities, services and workplace experience. Create a shared service culture where every team member and vendor partner understands the role they play in the colleague and visitor experience. Provide clear direction, performance management and development opportunities for team members. Ensure alignment with global workplace standards, initiatives and ways of working while adapting effectively to local business
