Responsibilities

• How You'll Succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations, which usually requires tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Strong initiative and self-managing skills - to be able to work independently with very little direction and to respond effectively to issues as well as potential issues that may arise.
• Advanced technical skills - software packages such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, desktop publishing etc., as well as various types of office equipment.
• Event Planning - Work alongside program specialist to support end-to-end planning and execution of student programming events at CIBC, collaborating with event specialists to ensure thorough communication and effective promotion throughout the entire process
