- HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) .
- Proven experience in paediatric neonatal dysphagia and/or infant feeding .
- Relevant postgraduate training or qualifications in dysphagia assessment for neonates and infants.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and reflective approach to clinical practice.
